CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CENTER
“Reaching the Unreached with the Love of Christ”
“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.” Romans 10:15

Nestled in the hilly and forested region of southern Odisha, Nabarangpur District is home to a mosaic of tribal and rural communities—many of whom have had little or no opportunity to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The district is one of the most economically and socially disadvantaged areas in India, with a population dependent largely on agriculture, daily labor, and forest produce.
The majority of people belong to tribal groups such as the Gond, Paraja, Kondh, and Bhumia, who have rich cultural traditions but remain spiritually unreached. Deeply rooted in animistic beliefs, idol worship, and ancestral rituals, these communities often live in remote villages with limited access to education, healthcare, and communication. Many have never heard the name of Jesus or seen a Bible in their own language.
Amid these challenges, Christian Fellowship Center is working to bring the light of the Gospel to the people of Nabarangpur. Evangelists and local believers travel long distances—sometimes by foot or motorbike—across rugged terrain to share the message of Christ’s love. Small fellowship groups and house churches are being formed as hearts are touched by the Good News.
The vision is to see vibrant, self-sustaining churches established in every village, where people can worship freely and experience transformation through the Word of God. Alongside evangelism, the mission includes education for children, healthcare outreach, and community development, demonstrating God’s compassion in tangible ways.
The harvest in Nabarangpur is truly plentiful, but the laborers are few. Prayer, partnership, and support are urgently needed to help reach these precious people who are still waiting to hear the message of hope and salvation in Christ Jesus.
